Overview: Built for both shop and industrial environments, this REELWORKS spring-driven oil hose reel combines a rugged reel assembly with a Premium Commercial SAE100R1AT oil hose for reliable, high-volume service. Ideal for indoor or outdoor use and suitable for DIY or professional applications. Reel construction: Fabricated from heavy duty gauge industrial steel, the reel is heat treated and finished with a powder coating to resist corrosion. Design features include reinforced flanged edges, stamped steel dual guide arms and a pedestal base — all engineered to be strong yet lightweight for dependable support. Hose specifications: The included Premium Commercial SAE100R1AT Oil Hose is constructed from Nitrile and Neoprene with a single high-tensile steel wire braid. It delivers a working pressure of 2320PSI/160BAR and is fitted with 1/2" inch (12.7m) MNPT connections for large-volume delivery. Durability & resistance: The SAE 100R1AT hose is resistant to oils and acids, offers puncture and abrasion resistance, withstands weathering, and operates reliably in temperatures from -40 F to 212 F (-40 C to 100 C). Operation & features: A double adjustment enclosed multi-position release ratchet spring lets you lock the hose at any needed length. The ball bearing swivel joint inlet minimizes leaks and reduces friction between the swivel, spool and body. Additional conveniences include an adjustable hose stopper and non-snag rollers. Safety & installation: ReelWorks reels are quality tested. The unit helps keep hoses stowed up and out of the way for a safer work area. Mounting hardware is included — bolts sized for the 1/2 inch (12.7mm) holes are supplied. Lead-in hose is not included.
