Raoul de Keyser Terminus Drawings All Books sku-14708371

Raoul de Keyser (1930–2012) made paintings and works on paper for nearly fifty years. His compositions use basic, hard-to-define shapes and marks that suggest space and figures without settling into a descriptive narrative. Their apparent simplicity came from a lengthy, largely intuitive process. Terminus: Drawings (1979–1982) and Recent Paintings is a hardcover catalogue originating from his 2009 solo exhibition at David Zwirner in New York. It reproduces fifty works, including drawings from 1979 to 1982 and paintings from 2000 to 2009, alongside full-color reproductions, installation views and writing by art historian Robert Storr.
