What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

The Qhomic AMB005584_2 portable washer is listed in Gray under Washers & Dryers, with a listed size of 18.9" x 18.9" x 31.5" (SKU sku-1442466766; UPC 194349035547). The specifications also identify model XQB65-818-D and a White finish. Its ABS and PP body weighs 27.2 kg/60 lbs, and its wash and spin capacity is 9 kg/20 lbs, described in the title as 20lbs.

The stated product dimensions are 50.8 x 50.8 x 87.9 cm, or 20 x 20 x 34.6 inches; the package measures 58 x 57 x 92 cm, or 22.8 x 22.4 x 36.2 inches. Another stated washer size is 20.1x20.1x33.9 inches. The 480W washer uses a USA plug and AC 110V/60HZ power and has an IPX4 water-resistance rating. It has 4 wash programs, 4 water levels and 3 temperature settings: cold, warm and hot.

Wash and spin cycles can run independently; the listing says this can reduce water and power use, and claims up to 85% energy savings compared with similar products. An LED display shows the selected operation, while the transparent, foldable top-loading lid lets you watch the laundry.

Dual hot and cold water inlets, an inner tube filter, a lint filter, a honeycomb stainless steel drum, a mouse guard and a top-drain pump are included. The listing describes both 95% and 90% water removal during spinning. It has no heated drying function, so it should not be treated as a separate dryer.

An imbalance adjustment responds to excessive vibration; height-adjustable legs help keep the washer level. Other features include a 20-minute quick wash, child lock and recessed side handles. It has no casters and is described for apartments, bedrooms, camping and RV use. The package contains 1 washer, 1 instruction manual, 1 power cord, 2 water inlet hoses and 1 drain hose.

The faucet adapter connects to internal or external threads. On first use, keep the drain hose no higher than the washer to avoid poor drainage from air resistance. The manufacturer tests the water inlet and drain before packing, so residual water or water marks may be present. Contact the seller if you need help installing the inlet pipe.
