Storage and file limits: U-disk or SD card will not be able to read files larger than 16GB. Video files should not exceed a resolution of 720*480/576; otherwise the player will not play them. We recommend converting videos to the supported resolution first using a formatting/conversion tool. Please note that many comparable players on the market share these same limitations — we want to be transparent so you get the best experience. Display: The player’s native resolution is 480P. Screen brightness can be adjusted using the SETUP button. If you notice any display problems, please contact us and we will help troubleshoot. Audio: The player delivers strong sound quality and the volume is adjustable up to 20. If audio seems too low, the disc itself is often the cause — try a different disc to check. Power and charging: A wall charger and a car charger are included so you can charge the player at home or while traveling. If the unit won’t power on, first make sure it is charged. If it still does not work even when fully charged, contact us and we will provide a software app to update the player — this update can often restore normal operation and resolve a black screen issue.
