Both AC output conductors are live and have no chassis grounding; neither is a ground conductor. The battery can deliver more energy than the appliance consumes. Connect the inverter directly to the load. A circuit breaker, residual-current device or air switch between them may fail to protect it and may damage it.
Use the original heavy-gauge battery cables without thin-wire extensions, which can restrict input current or voltage. If an extension is unavoidable, use a conductor approximately twice the original cable's diameter. The recommended battery-to-inverter cable length is no more than 1 meter.
