Important safety and installation notes: - Do NOT connect the inverter to the utility grid, and avoid touching the AC output conductors. - The battery paired with this inverter can supply more energy than the device’s instantaneous consumption. - Both AC output conductors are live; there is no neutral/ground conductor among them. Under no circumstances should either output be used as a ground. - Connect the inverter directly to your load. Do not insert an air switch or leakage protection switch (residual-current device) between the inverter and the load — doing so will not provide protection and may damage the inverter. Electrical wiring and DC supply guidance: - The inverter requires heavy-duty DC wiring from the battery. Do not attempt to extend the battery leads with thin wire. Use the original cable from the battery terminal to the inverter whenever possible. - If you must extend the battery cable, the extension must be roughly double the original wire diameter. Unauthorized or undersized extensions can cause insufficient input current/voltage. - For safety and performance, any DC extension length should be kept short; recommended maximum extension is 1 meter. Performance note: - The pure sine-wave inverter supports inductive loads with a capacity rating of 95%.
