Important installation and safety information: This inverter must not be tied into the utility power grid or have its AC outputs connected to mains. Both AC output lines from the inverter are live conductors; there is no neutral/earth provided — do not use either output conductor as a ground. Connect the inverter directly to your load; do not place an air switch or leakage protection device between the inverter and the load. Installing such protection devices in-line can fail to protect and may damage the inverter. The battery supplied with the inverter can deliver more energy than the instantaneous consumption of connected equipment. DC cabling between the battery and inverter must remain as short and heavy as possible: use the original wiring from the battery outlet to the inverter and avoid extending the cable. Unauthorized extensions can cause insufficient input current/voltage. If you must extend the battery cable, increase the conductor diameter to roughly twice the original size and keep the extension length as short as possible — recommended maximum 1 meter. Note: the inverter’s pure sine wave inductive-load capability is 95%.
