Compact, commercial-grade surface speaker designed for demanding indoor and outdoor installations. The S5 delivers 40 watts continuous power to a 4.5" polypropylene cone woofer and a 0.75" silk membrane tweeter, producing a full-range frequency response of 90 - 16kHz with an average output of 92dB SPL. An integrated 70 volt and 100 volt transformer with an 8 ohm bypass and Phoenix Euroblock 4 pin screw terminal connector simplifies wiring and system integration. Built to withstand the elements, the ABS enclosure is UV-resistant and impact-resistant while the IP65 water-resistant rating protects against dust and direct water exposure. Ideal for foreground and background music, paging, and general-purpose audio, the S5 is suitable for restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, boutiques, retail stores, fitness gyms, classrooms, conference rooms, corporate AV and other commercial environments. A 180-degree mounting bracket is included for fast, secure installation under awnings, overhangs, press boxes and similar mounting locations.
