Overview: The PRV Audio 10W650A-4 is a 10" ALTO Series midbass/woofer engineered for high output and natural tone. It delivers 650 Watts program power with a 4 Ohm nominal impedance and 97 dB sensitivity (2.83V at 1m), making it suitable for demanding car pro audio, PA, and instrument speaker applications. Key features: A special composite cone uses non-pressed paper (visible on the cone’s rear) to reduce breakup and preserve a smooth tonal character. The lightweight, woven-cloth dustcap lowers moving mass for higher sensitivity and assists voice coil cooling. The driver uses a 2.5" CCAW voice coil wound on a Kapton former and a stamped steel frame for reliable performance. Performance and use: Rated AES (RMS) power handling is 325 Watts with 650 Watts Program. Frequency response at -10 dB spans 75 – 5,500 Hz.
