Input requirements and panel recommendations: the inverter requires a startup voltage of 24V and operates within a Vmp range of 18V-39V. Ensure the open-circuit voltage (Voc) of your PV array does not exceed 50V. We do not recommend using 12V solar panels with a Vmp of 18-20V and Voc of 20-24V because low light can cause the operating voltage to fall below 18V, producing unstable operation and risking damage to the inverter. For best performance choose panels with a Vmp of 30-39V and a Voc of 38-46V. Thermal and protective features: the unit’s housing is made from aluminum alloy for effective heat dissipation. During high-temperature conditions built-in over-temperature protection will either reduce operating output or shut the inverter down; it will return to normal operation once it has cooled. Recommended installation: mount the inverter in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight and rain to maximize longevity and stability.
