Its airflow distributes body weight to support blood flow, and the pad is designed to help prevent and treat pressure ulcers while relieving pressure at the buttocks and heels. It includes side rails, a CPR valve for rapid deflation, spring tubing, a low-pressure alarm, hanging brackets and a removable, fluid-resistant, non-shear cover.
The lightweight overlay is easy to install over a standard hospital bed or home mattress, and its pump is compact and quiet.
