The ProGear 3815, sold as the PROGEAR 310, is a Black, Unisex Strength Training lat pulldown and low row cable attachment with a high-tensile Nylon-coated cable. It fits only the ProGear 1600 Ultra Strength 800lb Weight Capacity Squat Stand Power Rack Cage with Lock-in J-Hooks. It is designed for use with utility benches, which are not included. Ball-bearing pulleys and an easy-glide 2" x 2" chrome guide rail support smooth movement. The attachment includes a 39" lat bar and a 20" low row bar with high-density foam grips. An extended lower rear crossbar leaves room for benches and footrests during seated rows. The leg hold-down adjusts along the safety bars and in height; it includes two adjustable foam rollers.

A 6.5" weight-plate storage post and two 1-inch spring clip collars are included. The attachment accepts Olympic or standard weight plates, but 2" Olympic plates require Olympic adapter sleeves, which are not included. It can be used for wide lat pulldowns, lat pullovers and tricep extensions to work the upper back, shoulders, biceps and triceps.
