It supports a 26 lb (12 kg) load while the 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter delivers strong torsional stability for heavy telephoto use. Comfort and control features include a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike for traction on varied surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad camera compatibility; attach the included ball head to enable 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for fast vertical orientation. The premium ball head is CNC-machined aluminum with a 17.6 lb load capacity, fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, dual bubble levels for quick leveling, and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas.
