A 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter improves torsional rigidity, and user touches like a foam grip, safety wrist strap, plus an interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike ensure secure footing on a variety of surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility—use a minimalist mounting or add the included ball head to unlock full flexibility. The supplied ball head provides 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation; it features a precision CNC-machined aluminum body, fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, and a 17.6 lb load capacity.
