Rugged CNC-machined aluminum alloy hardware with an anodized finish adds corrosion resistance, while the whole assembly weighs just 1.1 lb (480g) — ideal for run-and-gun shooting and travel. For portability it collapses to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches, deploying quickly via a 5-section twist-lock leg system for secure height adjustment on uneven ground or in crowded venues. Although compact and lightweight, the monopod supports up to 26 lb (12 kg). A 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter provides strong torsional stability, and user comfort and control are enhanced by a foam grip and safety wrist strap; traction options include an interchangeable rubber foot and a steel spike. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads to accommodate a wide range of camera gear — use the monopod by itself for a minimalist setup or attach the included ball head for expanded functionality. The supplied ball head offers 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for quick vertical framing. It features a precision CNC-machined aluminum body, fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, dual bubble levels for fast leveling, and indexed base markings to simplify repeatable panoramic shots, with a 17.6 lb load capacity. Using the monopod together with the ball head will have a load capacity of 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
