CNC-machined aluminum alloy hardware and an anodized finish add durability and corrosion protection, yet the unit remains lightweight at just 1.1 lb (480g) for easy transport and fast handling on location. Designed to be compact without losing reach, the monopod folds down to 18.5 inches and extends to a maximum height of 66.9 inches. A 5-section twist-lock leg system enables quick deployment and secure locking, making it well suited for overhead angles, tracking shots, and long-telephoto support. Despite its light weight, the leg supports up to 26 lb (12 kg). The 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter improves torsional stability, while a comfortable foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot/steel spike combination provide reliable contact on a variety of surfaces. The mounting platform includes both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility with camera plates and heads. You can use the monopod alone for a minimal setup or attach the supplied ball head to add full 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation—useful when switching between stills and video. The included ball head features a precision CNC-machined aluminum body, fine-tune damping to avoid sudden drops, dual bubble levels for fast leveling, and indexed base markings to reproduce panoramic shots.
