Designed to be both compact and tall, the monopod collapses to 18.5 inches for transport and extends to 66.9 inches when deployed. Its 5-section twist-lock leg system enables quick setup and secure positioning on uneven ground or in crowded locations. The maximum tube diameter is 1.28-inch, providing strong torsional stability for heavy optics. Despite the light weight, the leg supports a 26 lb (12 kg) load—enough for DSLR and mirrorless cameras paired with substantial telephoto lenses. Comfort and control are enhanced by a foam grip, a safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike for traction on different surfaces. The top platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" mounting threads so it works with a wide variety of heads and camera plates. An included optional ball head adds 360° panning, tilt adjustment, and a U-notch for quick vertical framing—handy for switching between stills and video.
