Built for demanding photo and video work, this monopod uses 10-layer carbon fiber tubing for high stiffness, strength and vibration damping. CNC-machined aluminum alloy hardware with an anodized finish adds corrosion resistance and long life, while the package weighs just 1.1 lb (480g) for easy carry on location. The monopod compacts to 18.5 inches for transport and extends to 66.9 inches to reach overhead angles or stabilize long-telephoto setups. A 5-section twist-lock leg system lets you deploy and stow the support quickly and securely. It carries a 26 lb (12 kg) load despite its light weight; the 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter helps resist torsion. Comfort and traction features include a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike for varying terrain. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4\" and 3/8\" threads for broad compatibility and can be used solo or fitted with the included ball head. The ball head delivers 17.6 lb load capacity, a precision CNC-machined aluminum body, fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for quick vertical shots; it also includes dual bubble levels and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramic work. Using the monopod together with the ball head will have a load capacity of 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
