Compact for travel, it collapses to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches; a 5-section twist-lock system lets you set up and break down quickly. Despite its light weight, the monopod supports a 26 lb (12 kg) payload. The 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter contributes to torsional stability, while a comfortable foam grip and safety wrist strap aid handling. Traction options include an interchangeable rubber foot and a steel spike so you can use it on a variety of surfaces. The top platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility with camera gear. An included ball head unlocks 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for fast vertical orientation. The head is built from precision CNC-machined aluminum, offers fine-tune damping to avoid sudden drops, and has dual bubble levels plus indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas.
