Designed for portability, it collapses to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches, deploying quickly with a 5-section twist-lock leg system for fast setup on uneven ground or in tight spaces. Despite its light weight, the monopod supports up to 26 lb (12 kg); a 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter provides excellent torsional stability. Comfort and control are addressed with a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike for secure footing on any surface. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads so you can use a minimal setup or attach the included ball head for full framing flexibility. The premium ball head features a 17.6 lb load capacity, precision CNC-machined aluminum construction, fine-tune damping to prevent abrupt drops, dual bubble levels, and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas. It also offers 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation. When used together with the ball head the system’s load capacity is 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
