For portability the monopod folds to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches using a 5-section twist-lock leg system that allows fast, secure setup on uneven ground or in crowded locations. Despite its compact weight, it carries a 26 lb (12 kg) load capacity; the 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter improves torsional stability for long-telephoto work. Comfort and control features include a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot or steel spike for reliable traction on different surfaces. The mounting platform offers both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad accessory compatibility; use the monopod alone or mount the supplied ball head to add full 360° panning and smooth tilt control. The included ball head is a precision CNC-machined aluminum design with a 17.6 lb load capacity, fine-tune damping to prevent abrupt drops, dual bubble levels for quick leveling, indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas, and a U-notch for fast vertical orientation.
