Although built for heavy use, the unit weighs just 1.1 lb (480g), making it practical for run-and-gun work and travel. Compact when stowed—collapsing to 18.5 inches—yet it extends to 66.9 inches to reach overhead or long-telephoto positions. The 5-section twist-lock leg system enables quick setup and breakdown. Engineered to hold substantial camera setups, the monopod supports a 26 lb (12 kg) payload. A 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter provides strong torsional stability, while the comfortable foam grip, safety wrist strap, and interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike give secure footing across varied surfaces. The mounting platform includes both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility. An optional ball head (included) delivers 360° panning, tilt control and a U-notch for fast vertical framing; it’s CNC-machined from aluminum and features fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops. The head is rated for 17.6 lb and includes dual bubble levels and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas. Using the monopod together with the ball head will have a load capacity of 30 lb.
