Its rigid tubes are fitted with CNC-machined aluminum alloy hardware and finished with an anodized coating for increased durability and corrosion resistance. The monopod weighs just 1.1 lb (480g), making it well suited for run-and-gun work and travel to remote locations. Compact when stowed and tall when extended, the leg collapses to 18.5 inches and reaches a maximum height of 66.9 inches. A 5-section twist-lock system lets you deploy or fold the monopod quickly and securely, useful on uneven ground or in crowded venues. Despite its light weight, the monopod supports up to 26 lb (12 kg), accommodating DSLR and mirrorless bodies with substantial telephoto lenses. The 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter contributes to torsional stability.
