CNC-machined aluminum alloy components and an anodized finish increase durability and corrosion resistance while keeping the unit light at just 1.1 lb (480g) — ideal for run-and-gun setups or travel. Compact yet tall: the five-section twist-lock leg design collapses to 18.5 inches for transport and extends to 66.9 inches for overhead, tracking, and long-telephoto use. The large 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter provides strong torsional stability, and quick twist locks let you deploy or stow the monopod rapidly. Despite its lightweight construction, it carries a substantial 26 lb (12 kg) payload, so it easily supports DSLR and mirrorless camera rigs with heavy telephoto lenses. Comfort and control are provided by a foam grip and safety wrist strap, while the interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike deliver reliable traction on different surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility with camera gear.
