Still, the monopod remains highly portable at just 1.1 lb (480g). Compact travel sizing and extended reach: the monopod folds down to 18.5 inches for transport and expands to 66.9 inches for overhead shots, long-telephoto support or stable tracking. A 5-section twist-lock leg system enables quick deployment and reliable leg locking on uneven ground or in crowded environments. Engineered stability and support: despite its light weight, it carries up to 26 lb (12 kg). The 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter provides solid torsional resistance, while the foam grip and safety wrist strap improve handling. The base accepts an interchangeable rubber foot or steel spike for secure footing on different surfaces. Flexible mounting and included ball head: the top platform offers both 1/4" and 3/8" threads to accommodate a wide range of camera gear. Use the monopod alone for a minimal setup or attach the supplied ball head to gain 360° panning, tilt adjustments and a U-notch for fast vertical orientation. Ball head details: rated for 17.6 lb, the ball head features a precision CNC-machined aluminum body, fine-tune damping to avoid sudden drops, dual bubble levels for quick leveling and indexed base markings to help with repeatable panoramic shots. When combined with the monopod the system’s load capacity is 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
