The largest tube measures 1.28-inch in diameter to reduce torsional flex, and a foam grip plus safety wrist strap improve handling. An interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike give secure footing on a variety of surfaces. This monopod carries a 26 lb (12 kg) payload—suitable for DSLR and mirrorless cameras with heavy telephoto lenses—and the mounting platform includes both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility. The included ball head adds 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for quick vertical orientations.
