Despite its compact weight, the design supports a 26 lb (12 kg) payload; a 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter provides excellent torsional stability for heavy telephoto setups. Handling features include a comfortable foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike for reliable traction on different surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads, so you can use the monopod by itself or attach the supplied ball head to access full 360° panning, smooth tilt adjustment, and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation. The included ball head is CNC-machined from aluminum, rated for 17.6 lb, and offers fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, dual bubble levels for quick leveling, and indexed base markings to help with repeatable panoramic shots.
