Built for demanding photo and video work, this monopod uses 10-layer carbon fiber tubing for outstanding stiffness, strength, and vibration control. The leg sections are joined with CNC-machined aluminum alloy components and finished with anodizing to resist wear and corrosion. The rig is surprisingly portable at just 1.1 lb (480g), making it well suited for run-and-gun shooting or travel. Compact portability meets reach: the monopod folds down to 18.5 inches for storage and transport, and extends to a maximum height of 66.9 inches. Its 5-section twist-lock leg system allows quick, secure setup and takedown across varied shooting environments. Supports heavy setups yet remains stable: designed to carry up to 26 lb (12 kg), the largest tube measures 1.28-inch diameter to provide strong torsional stability for DSLRs and mirrorless bodies with long telephoto lenses. Comfort and control are provided by a foam grip and a safety wrist strap; traction is handled via an interchangeable rubber foot or a steel spike for different surfaces. Flexible mounting and included head: the top plate accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for wide compatibility. An optional ball head is included to enable 360° panning, tilt adjustments and a U-notch for quick vertical (portrait) orientation—handy for switching between stills and video. Precision ball head details: the head is CNC-machined from aluminum and rated for 17.6 lb. It features fine-tune damping to avoid sudden drops, dual bubble levels for fast leveling, and indexed base markings to aid repeatable panoramas.
