Built from 10-layer carbon fiber tubing, this monopod combines high stiffness and excellent vibration damping with a lightweight profile. Key hardware components are CNC-machined from aluminum alloy and finished with anodizing for added durability and corrosion resistance. The monopod weighs just 1.1 lb (480g), making it suitable for run-and-gun work and travel. Compact when packed and tall when deployed: the unit collapses to 18.5 inches for easy transport and extends to 66.9 inches to give you elevated shooting positions for overhead, tracking, or long-telephoto applications. A 5-section twist-lock leg system lets you set up and breakdown quickly and securely. Despite its light weight, the monopod supports a maximum load of 26 lb (12 kg). The largest tube measures 1.28-inch in diameter to provide strong torsional stability. Comfort and control features include a foam grip, a safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike for reliable footing on various surfaces. Mounting is flexible: the top platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads so it will fit a wide range of camera gear. You can use the monopod by itself or attach the supplied ball head for expanded functionality including 360° panning, tilt adjustments, and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation switches. The included ball head is CNC-machined from aluminum, rated for a 17.6 lb load capacity, and designed with fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops. It also features dual bubble levels and indexed base markings for consistent leveling and repeatable panoramic shots. When the monopod and ball head are used together, the combined load capacity is 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
