Designed for portability, it folds down to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches, using a 5-section twist-lock leg system for fast, secure setup—ideal for overhead work, stable tracking, or long-telephoto shooting in the field. The monopod carries a 26 lb (12 kg) payload and features a 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter for improved torsional stability; comfort and control are provided by a foam grip and safety wrist strap, and terrain adaptability is achieved with an interchangeable rubber foot and a steel spike. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads so you can use the monopod by itself or attach the included ball head. The supplied ball head delivers 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation, and it is built from a precision CNC-machined aluminum body with fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops. Additional head features include a 17.6 lb load capacity, dual bubble levels for speedy leveling, and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas. When the monopod is used together with the ball head the combined load capacity is 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
