CNC-machined aluminum alloy components with an anodized finish add corrosion resistance and long life, while the overall package still weighs only 1.1 lb (480g) for easy transport. Compact when packed, the monopod folds to 18.5 inches but extends to 66.9 inches, giving you reach for overhead compositions, smooth tracking, or long-telephoto stability. The five-section twist-lock leg system lets you deploy and stow quickly and securely. Engineered stability is provided by a 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter and a rated 26 lb (12 kg) load capacity, plus a comfortable foam grip, safety wrist strap, and interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike for secure footing on varied surfaces. The top platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility; use the monopod alone for a stripped-down rig or attach the included ball head to gain 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for rapid vertical orientation. The supplied ball head is CNC-machined aluminum with fine-damping control to prevent sudden drops, rated for 17.6 lb, and features dual bubble levels and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas and accurate leveling. When the monopod is paired with the ball head the combined rated capacity is 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
