The construction yields excellent stiffness and vibration resistance while remaining surprisingly light at 1.1 lb (480g). Compact for travel, the monopod collapses to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches, using a 5-section twist-lock leg system for fast, secure setup and breakdown. Engineered for stability, the largest tube measures 1.28-inch in diameter to reduce torsion, and the body supports a 26 lb (12 kg) payload—ample for DSLRs or mirrorless systems with long telephoto lenses. Comfort and safety features include a foam grip, a safety wrist strap, and interchangeable feet (rubber foot and steel spike) for reliable traction on various surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads so it fits a wide range of camera gear. An included ball head adds 360° panning, smooth tilt control and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation—ideal for switching between stills and video work. The ball head is precision CNC-machined from aluminum, rated for a 17.6 lb load capacity, and incorporates fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops. Dual bubble levels and indexed base markings aid fast leveling and repeatable panoramic shots. When the monopod is used together with the supplied ball head, the combined load capacity is 30 lb.
