The PRECISION POWER AW-10D2 ATOM Series is a high-performance 10" flush-mount subwoofer engineered for deep, clean bass with excellent heat management and rugged construction. A cast aluminum heatsink dust cap directly draws heat away from the thermal voice coil to prevent overheating during sustained, high-output use. The rigid aluminum dust cap minimizes flex and distortion at extreme cone excursions to produce tight, accurate low frequencies. Suspension is handled by a dual poly-cotton surround that controls extreme acceleration while keeping the diaphragm aligned inside the magnetic gap for long-term reliability. The motor assembly uses a hot forged 1-piece T-yoke with a vented backplate; the center pole and backplate are precision-milled for venting to improve thermal transfer and maintain consistent performance. The 10-inch, dual 2-ohm voice coil configuration offers strong, stable output plus wiring flexibility for custom car audio installations.
