Complete filtration package engineered for ponds up to 11,000 gallons or a 225 lbs fish load. This pre-plumbed system arrives ready for fast installation and includes two 55 Watt Shock Wave Stainless Steel UV systems with a high-intensity single-lamp design and a 2.5" high-flow chamber to keep water clear. The 2 HP blower powers a media agitator that sends strong air bursts through the Bio Comb media to separate trapped debris, prevent channeling, and restore flow without requiring an oversized backwash pump. Plumbing and hydraulics are handled by the 1.5 HP Aqua Pulse Inline Variable Speed Pump, which features a priming pot and leaf basket. The pump is energy efficient (220 Volt, 5 Amps, 1100 Watts), provides a 65-foot maximum head, and includes a 5 foot stub cord to be hard wired by an electrician. The kit ships with 4.5 cu. ft. of biological Bio Comb filter media already loaded and 2" union connections. A multiport valve gives six operating positions: Filter, Backwash, Rinse, Recirculate, Waste, and Close.
