Growth Cal-Mag Special 5 lbs Lawn Care sku-14648509306

Growth Lawn Care lists this Plant Marvel Nutriculture spoon-feeding soluble fertilizer as Cal-Mag Special 15-3-18PLUS. The source calls it 5lb; the listed size is 5 lbs. It contains calcium, magnesium and a high proportion of nitrogen in nitrate form.

The nitrate supports hard growth, the phosphorus level helps keep growth compact between leaf nodes, and the increased potash supports cell-wall development. For 100 PPM nitrogen, the hose-end sprayer rate is a 1:15 ratio: premix 1.33 oz in 1 gallon (10 grams per liter). The tank rate is 0.09 oz per gallon (0.67 grams per liter).

For a proportioner at a 1:100 ratio, use 8.89 oz per gallon of concentrate (67 grams per liter). For other ratios, multiply the ratio by the weight and divide by 100; for other PPM targets, multiply the desired PPM by the weight and divide by 100. Adjust PPMN according to crop response.
