PP PEUGEOT 900822 Clear M Nancy Mill sku-818619614

The PP PEUGEOT Nancy pepper mill, model 900822, is a 9-inch Clear acrylic mill with a shape based on Peugeot's Paris mill. Its transparent body shows the peppercorns. Turn the top knob to adjust the grind: tighter makes it finer, while a coarser grind brings out different aromas and flavors.

The two-stage steel mechanism first cracks and then grinds peppercorns; the steel is treated to resist corrosion and rust. The mill comes partially filled with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam, described as having warm, woody tones. That pepper is also sold in 6 oz (175g) cubes. To refill the mill, unscrew the top knob, lift off the top and add peppercorns no larger than ¼-inch/6mm.
