Summit Appliance ARS32PVBIADAAFZ2PVBIADASTACK, sku-5267518067, is a stacked combination in Commercial Refrigerators & Commercial Freezers. UPC: 761101104096. Its separate refrigerator and freezer have independent controls and a slim footprint. Designed for pharmacy, medication and vaccine storage in medical, pharmaceutical and life science settings, the units support meeting CDC/VFC guidelines.

Published temperature variation is based on the maximum deviation of an NTC sensor in a 1 oz vial nearest the chamber's geometric center during a 24 hour test. The refrigerator adjusts from +2 to +8C and the freezer from -30 to -10C.

Each has a digital microprocessor control panel with a large LED display in Celsius or Fahrenheit, password protection for changes beyond the set point, and resettable minimum and maximum readings in 15 minute increments. Visual and audible temperature alarms, sensor failure alarms, battery-powered power failure alarms and open-door alarms are included.

The open-door alarm sounds after 4 minutes and is adjustable from 1 to 99 minutes. A volt-free contact on the rear electronic controller can forward alarms to an external system. The refrigerator has automatic defrost with an adjustable cycle to limit temperature spikes and ice buildup; the freezer uses manual defrost and static cooling to reduce temperature fluctuations.

Both units have probe access ports for user-provided monitoring equipment, antimicrobial silver ion-coated powder-coated handles, adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves, LED interior lighting with an internal switch, magnetic door gaskets and factory-installed keyed locks with 2 keys per unit. The doors are self-closing unless reversed to a left-hand swing.

A hospital-grade, three-pronged cord has a green dot plug. The combination ships in three boxes; the customer installs the StackRack on the bottom unit, then places and secures the other unit on top. Removable stickers read "DO NOT UNPLUG," "DO NOT ADJUST TEMPERATURE," and "DO NOT STORE PERSONAL ITEMS." The units are compatible with Pyxis, Omnicell and AcuDose RX.

The refrigerator uses hydrocarbon refrigerant; the combination is 100% CFC free, and its hydrocarbon-based refrigerant meets current CARB regulations. Warranty coverage is 2 years for parts and labor and 5 years for the compressor.
