The Summit Appliance AFZ2PVBIADADL2BLHD is a Multicolor Major Appliances Performance Series all-freezer for pharmacy, medication and vaccine storage in medical, pharmaceutical and life science settings. Its purpose-built design supports meeting CDC/VFC guidelines. At just under 32" tall, it fits beneath ADA-compliant counters and can be installed recessed or freestanding.

Adjustable controls set the interior from -30C to -10C. The published +/-1C variation is based on the maximum deviation of an NTC sensor in a 1 oz. vial nearest the chamber's geometric center during a 24 hour test. The freezer meets UL-471 commercial standards and uses a manual-defrost static cooling system.

Visual and audible alarms signal temperatures outside the set range; a volt-free contact at the rear connects to an external remote alarm system. A pre-installed 1/2" probe hole in the right interior wall accepts user-provided monitoring equipment. The included Accucold DL2B digital data logger is NIST calibrated in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory.
