The Perfect Draft PD-01 Black BBQ Blower sku-904085798

The Perfect Draft PD-01 BBQ blower 4.0 is Black and battery powered. Designed in Texas and patented in the USA, it mounts to almost any offset smoker and is used on cross-flow and reverse-flow models. Manual Mode blows a steady stream of air across charcoal or other fuel to help start a fire. Auto Mode responds to cooking-chamber temperature to help regulate it during a long cook.

Its constant, even airflow helps prevent the mushy texture and acrid smoke taste that can result from poor airflow, while supporting even doneness and a smoky flavor. It is designed for quick, safe mounting and easy operation. Listed under Garment Closet Laundry; UPC 751570517046; SKU sku-904085798.
