Pemberly Row PR-4753-2449391 4-piece | sku-17619503237

This Pemberly Row traditional 4-piece sleeper set includes a sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman. Model PR-4753-2449391 has a Brown finish, solid wood frames and a leather-look solid-color microfiber paired with lodge-look cotton tapestry fabric. Foam seat and back cushions are wrapped with fiber.

Nail head accents give the set a rustic look, and the sleeper sofa has a sturdy mechanism and a queen inner-spring mattress with a quilted top. The fabric is not pet friendly; returns resulting from pet damage are not allowed. Under normal household use, the frames are warranted against defective materials and manufacturing defects for one year from purchase.

Cushions are warranted against loss of resiliency for one year; softening and conforming to the user's shape is normal wear, not a defect or loss of resiliency. Fabric is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. That warranty excludes tears, burns, stains, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, shrinking, chemical treatment and improper cleaning.

It is invalid where heavy soiling or abuse is evident. Springs and straps are warranted for one year against breakage from metal fatigue or spring clips pulling loose from the frame. Listed under Living Room Furniture. SKU: sku-17619503237. UPC: 198508553002.
