For potholders or heat-resistant pads, use an extra layer or two of cotton batting, such as 100% Cotton, between the outer fabric and Insul-Fleece.
Take care with hot surfaces, and do not iron directly on the aluminized scrim binder. Fiber content is 80% polyester and 20% metalized polypropylene.
