Overview: The Pelco IMF Series IMF82-1ES is a network panoramic fisheye camera designed for outdoor use with water- and vandal-resistant construction. It captures color (Day & Night) imagery and supports two simultaneous video streams for flexible monitoring and recording options. Video streams and compression: Each of the two streams can be encoded using MJPEG or efficient H.264 (High or Main profiles) and H.265 formats. Stream frame rates and variable bit rates can be adjusted to balance image quality with bandwidth and storage needs. Smart Compression is supported for both H.264 and H.265 to further reduce storage and network load. Integration and interoperability: The IMF82-1ES integrates natively with Pelco VideoXpert video management systems and also works with major third-party platforms via ONVIF Profile S, G, and T standards. Web-based configuration: A standard Web browser interface enables remote setup and administration. Controls are optimized for quick, one-step configuration of color, exposure, flicker control, backlight compensation and streaming parameters. Analytics capabilities: Pelco Analytics are built into the IMF Series. Basic Analytics include Simple Motion Detection and Camera Sabotage. Pelco Smart Analytics applies AI-based object detection and people classification to improve accuracy for perimeter protection and crowded indoor scenarios. Enhanced processing allows tracking and classification of over 50 objects, including objects that remain stationary. Note that Pelco Smart Analytics functions when the camera is installed using the in-ceiling mount configuration. Event generation: Multiple object behaviors can be identified to trigger events, which can be relayed to and handled by many VMS platforms.
