Pavoni PX002-1 Unisex Bakeware, sku-112915117, is a black silicone Pavoflex muffin mold with 24 nonstick cavities. Each cavity measures 70mm in diameter and 40mm high and holds 130ml (4.4 oz). The mold measures 600x400mm overall.

Its flexible construction and glossy cavity finish help release baked goods, and it can be used for sweet or savory preparations in professional pastry, restaurant and catering settings. It can go in a freezer, conventional or static oven, automatic line, or microwave, at temperatures from -40 to 536F. The mold is made in accordance with international rules for food-contact materials.

To clean it, soak or rinse it in hot water; use a soft sponge and mild soap if needed. It can then be placed in an oven for two minutes at 150°C to sterilize it.
