Do not run several hives continuously at full capacity: excess oxalic acid above 8g may cause the lid to blow off. Connect the device to a battery with a maximum output current of at least 20A. A level spoon holds approximately 1,5g; a full spoon holds approximately 2-2,5G.
Open the lid and place an appropriate amount of oxalic acid in the evaporator. Insert the exhaust tube through the hive entrance, then seal the entrance, lower window and other openings. Connect the red battery clip to the battery's '+' terminal; otherwise, the indicator will not light. Turn on the switch. The indicator lights, and heating atomizes the treatment so the vapor fills the hive.
