Oura Ring 4 Charger (Size 10) — USB-C Dock, Charges Up to 8 Days

This is the only way to charge your Oura Ring 4 — a size-specific USB-C dock made for Size 10. Chargers are size-specific: your Oura Ring 4 size can be found on the inside of your smart ring, so be sure to choose the matching size. A full charge normally completes in 20-80 minutes depending on current battery level, and a charged ring can last up to 8 days. You can check the battery level by tapping the circular icon in the upper right-hand corner of the home tab in the Oura app. The USB-C to USB-C Oura Ring Cable is intended to be supplied by an external 5Vdc supply that complies with IEC 62368-1 standard.
