The heat-treated steel head screws onto the extra-long 28" handle of the 5085 hub seal puller, which is not included.
Its pulling design removes seals in one piece and avoids the bearing and hub damage that can result from using a punch and hammer. The original 5085 head is 4.6" long and fits seals up to 4-1/2" I.D.; this replacement head is 5.1" long for larger seals.
