It uses a 1 kHz AC sinusoidal test signal and has a 0.00001 to 200 measurement range. The ZR function, for resistance of 5 milliohms or less, is on by default.
The kit includes the meter and a twisted-pair probe test line; its default length is 0.5 meters. A longer line is available by contacting customer service and paying the difference. Read the instructions, including those on the back of the meter, before use. Do not input an AC signal or DC voltage above 100V. No charger is included; the meter can be charged with a phone charger.
