Thermal design & build quality: The enclosure features an aluminum cooling vest that surrounds the SSD to improve heat transfer, plus a full aluminum-alloy body machined with CNC cooling fins to expand surface area. In a 72-hour continuous test the enclosure temperature rose only to around human body temperature, improving stability and long-term safety. Compatibility and limitations: Compatible with M.2 PCIe NVMe M Key and NVMe B+M Key modules in 2280 size. Not compatible with M.2 SATA SSDs, M.2 PCIe AHCI SSDs, or other M.2 PCIe devices.
