Image sensor & photo quality Equipped with a 1/2.8 Inch SONY CMOS Sensor, the EP8 records detailed 20MP stills and delivers brilliant 4K video with improved low-light performance over the previous EP7 model. Video resolutions & frame rates Maximum video output reaches 4K 60FPS (3840X2160p). The unit also retains vertical recording modes: 1920P at 30fps and adds the higher 1920P at 60fps option for smoother, clearer footage when filming fast movement. Stabilization & power A built-in 2-Axis gimbal stabilizer provides steady, smooth footage for head-mounted use. The camera supports Type-C fast charging and takes about 30 mins to be fully charged, minimizing downtime between shoots. Lens & field of view The EP8 uses a spherical wide-angle glass lens that covers up to a 130° field of view and can be adjusted down to 90° as needed.
