Orbit 57946 Watering & Irrigation Size 1 sku-55498278

The Orbit 57946 B-hyve timer is a Multicolor, size 1 product in Watering & Irrigation (sku-55498278; UPC 046878579460). It controls 24 VAC sprinkler and drip systems with up to 6 zones and belongs to the B-hyve smart water management range. The EPA WaterSense label may qualify it for rebates in many cities and water districts.

Designed for indoor or outdoor use, it has a timer display, a locking cabinet, two keys and a swing-panel display. It can power a pump start relay and one valve solenoid at the same time. Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi provide app control; the timer works with 24 VAC valves from Orbit, Hydro-Rain and other major brands.

Hyperlocal weather data adjusts watering, while the log tracks it by day, month and year, including year-over-year comparisons. Program slots A, B and C support up to four custom watering schedules with multiple start times for cycle-and-soak watering. Manual mode can run one zone, selected zones or programs, or all zones; rain delay skips watering during rain or a freeze.

It integrates with Flume, Guardian, Google and Alexa. The B-hyve app is available for iOS and Android through the App Store and Google Play Store.
